ONI Bureau: Several areas of the Smart City Bhubaneswar witnessed water-logging problem on Saturday. The main road in front of Iskcon temple in Nayapalli, Bomikhal along the Rasulgarh-Kalpana Square road was submerged with water due to heavy rain.
Heavy rains paralysed daily movements as roads were flooded, cars were seen floating in deep water, and traffic hit the Capital City for hours today.
