The Odisha Congress, on Monday, protested against the controversial farm bills in Bhubaneswar. Several senior leaders including Suro Routray led a protest march demanding recall of the bill.
The leaders wanted to meet the Governor to submit a memorandum, however, they were not allowed.
The controversial farm bill has been in the eye of the storm ever since it was introduced by the Centre.
First, Union Cabinet Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal resigned over the issue and later there was furore in Rajya Sabha over the same.

President of India Ram Nath Kovind has already given his assent after the passage of the bill.
