Basant Mohanty takes 300 Wickets in First Class Cricket

Insight Bureau: Odisha’s ace pacer Basant Mohanty achieved a milestone, he took the 300th wicket of his first class career.

He joined the elite club by dismissing Mumbai opener Akhil Herwadkar in the Ranji Trophy match at KIIT Stadium, Bhubaneswar.

Earlier, Odisha won the toss and opted to bowl first. Mumbai were 70/1 when reports last received.
