India beat Netherlands in Champions Trophy Hockey

World No. 9 India stunned World No. 2 Netherlands at the Champions Trophy Hockey tournament in Bhubaneswar to secure their first win in the tournament. Earlier, India had lost to Germany 1-0 and 4-2 to Argentina.

With this win, India finished third in the group and will play Belgium in the quarterfinals. Netherlands will meet Pakistan, while England will take on Germany. Argentina will face Australia in the fourth quarterfinal.

For India, SV Sunil, Manpreet Pawar and Rupinderpal Singh scored the goals, while Mink van der Weerden scored both goals for the Netherlands.
