Trump had initially planned to sign the fresh travel ban last week but delayed to make sure it is ‘flawless’, White House spokesman Sean Spicer said.
Earlier last month, Trump signed an executive order halting all refugee admissions and temporarily barring people from seven Muslim-majority countries. The move sparked numerous protests and legal challenges across America while others were stopped boarding flights to the US.
