Why there has been a sudden communal flare up in Odisha, be it Soro, Pattamundai or Rourkela? Is it linked to election? Is there more than meets the eye? Has State Government failed to foresee the danger?

Sambit Nanda: It’s obvious that state govt neglected to foresee the danger. It seems like ISI backed sleeper cell motivators are behind the communal riots and they are doing it to avenge their failure in Kashmir valley. Hindu’s are reacting leading to communal street fights.
