KIIT University Gives Wings To ‘Gupchup’ Seller’s Dreams

For Rahul Mahat from Anandpur municipality of Kendujhar district, scoring good marks was not enough. Even though he secured 87 percent in plus two exams this year, his dream of becoming a mechanical engineer was far from reality.

After the demise of his father, the sole bread earner in his family, Rahul was forced to look for employment opportunity. With nothing in hand, he decided to sell roadside snack ‘gupchup’ and earn for his family.

Besides education, KISS Foundation will also facilitate his suitable employment, Dr. Samanta has assured.
