‘Aadhar’ is Mandatory for Post-Matric Scholarship

As per Government of India instruction, seeding of Adhar number to the Bank Account of the beneficiary has been made mandatory to avail Post Matric Scholarship. All eligible ST/SC/OBC/Minority students studying at Post-Matriculation or Post-Secondary stages have to update the Bank Account who has applied for Post Matric Scholarship by seeding their Aadhar number at student level/institute level.

The students are requested to complete the process on or before 5th February 2015 positively. In case of any problem faced by the students regarding Aadhar updation, ST & SC Development Department has issued some instruction for the students.

Those students who have got their Aadhar number, they should immediately update seeding their Aadhar number by logging in to their used ID. Those students who have applied but not got Aadhar number, they can download their Aadhar number on the basis of their Enrollment ID by going through the link http://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/OR , they can contact to the toll free number 1800-300-1947 and update the same after receipt of the Aadhar number.

Those students who’s Aadhar Card has been rejected/ temporarily suspended, they have to re-enroll, re-apply in the near Enrollment centre. Those students who have applied but not got Enrollment Id, they can go to the permanent Enrollment Centre at their near Tehsil Office & ask for their enrollment ID or, they can re-apply/Re-enroll in the centre.

Those who have not yet enrolled/applied Aadhar card they can go to the permanent enrollment centre at their nearest Tehsil & apply for Aadhar Card by 30th January.
