Modi gets Rs 4.5 lakh Cr Investment from UAE, Support on UNSC Bid

Modi-UAEPrime Minister Narendra Modi​ made a 70-minute speech at the Dubai Cricket Stadium. Over 50,000 people attended ‘Marhaba NaMo’ programme. Modi thanked the Crown Prince of UAE for Rs 4.5 lakh crore investment, their support for India’s bid for permanent UNSC membership and hidden assurance on Dawood Ibrahim and other terrorists.

Modi did not name Dawood or Pakistan, but said the signal is obvious for the people to understand. He also talked about terrorism on length and took Pakistan head on without naming that country. UAE also denounced terrorism on religious lines. After making a spectacular speech, Modi left for New Delhi.

* India will give SAARC a satellite in 2016 for mutual benefits of the region. And, the services will be free of cost.
* Govt of India has launched an E-migrate portal named ‘Madad’ to address the grievances of Indian Diaspora across the world.
* PM announces Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) to help the Indian community in UAE.
* We don’t look at the colour of the passport for Indians. The colour of our blood is enough.
