Nitish Kumar to attend Kejriwal’s Lunch Today

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will attend the luncheon meeting to be hosted by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today. Kejriwal will also meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav later.

Earlier yesterday, Nitish met Prime Minister Narendra Modi first time after 34 months and talked about Bihar’s development and the assistance needed to take things forward. The discussion with the PM was completely apolitical and mainly focused on Bihar only.

Nitish’s meeting with Kejriwal, Sonia and Lalu may have political ramifications and all these parties may launch fresh agitation against Centre’s Land Bill. During the Delhi Assembly Polls, Nitish Kumar’s JD(U) had extended unconditional support to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
