National Film Awards: Kangana crowned Best Actress
‘Court’, which was released in four languages – Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati and English, has been adjudged as the ‘Best Feature Film’ at the 62nd National Film Awards. Vijay bagged the ‘Best Actor’ award for Nanu Avanalla Avalu (Kannada), while Kangana Ranaut won the ‘Best Actress’ award.
‘Mary Kom’ won the ‘Most Popular Film providing Wholesome Entertainment’ award. Srijit Mukherji won the ‘Best Director’ award for Chotushkone (Bengali). Sukhwinder Singh won the ‘Best Male Playback Singer’ award for his song – Bismil in ‘Haider’.
