Rohit Dash and Subhash Chandra Nayak, have been rewarded with cash prize of one thousand each for the best services for the month of September and October by Airport Director, Sh. Sharad Kumar in the presence of AAI employees, CISF, Representatives of Airlines and others present during the occasion.
Customer Satisfaction and better passenger facilitation is area of concern for AAI managed airports. Airport Service Quality/ Customer Satisfaction Index at many of the AAI airports have been improving significantly in the past years and AAI is trying in its best endeavour for the improvement of Airport Service Quality/ Customer Satisfaction Index as a part of it.
The mechanism has been developed to motivate the cleaning staffs at Airports and to ensure the sustained improvements as a part of this. It has been decided to recognize the services of the cleaning staffs including the contractual works of Mechanised Environmental Supporting Services (MESS) and reward them with the cash prize as a token of gesture.
