CREDAI Odisha to hold Property Expo 2016 in Bhubaneswar
Bhubaneswar, Dec 4: Conceptualized with an objective to provide all round platform to its real-estate members as well as other stakeholders by facilitating their overall growth, the Odisha Chapter of Conference of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) is going to organize Odisha’s much hyped PROPERTY EXPO at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar from 21st to 24th Jan 2016.
Welcoming the Press, Dillip Patra, President, CREDAI Odisha reiterates the importance as well as objective of CREDAI and its Odisha Chapter.
Sharing the Dias with other members of CREDAI Odisha, Binay K Das, IPP unveiled the brand new logo of CREDAI Property Expo 2016 and stated, “with attractive tagline ‘CREDAI for CREDIBILITY’, constructive policy formation, fair business deal and transparent complain redressal system are three basic areas of focus for this year’s Expo reflecting the true character of CREDAI”. CREDAI Odisha is privileged to have renowned cine star Akas Das Nayak as their Brand Ambassador, he further added.
Briefing the media on this years’ Expo plans, D S Tripathy, CREDAI Odisha National Member, CREDAI Governing Council Body addressed the media that, “There are unique plans to create scope for at least 120 stalls in two Air-Conditioned Hangers with state-of-the art facilities. USP of this year’s ExpoisMaximum Visibility through Media Publicity as well as Buzz through Social Media and on-ground innovations.Apart from this, there are also other attractions like Celebrity Presence, Entertainment Extravaganza and Ensemble of Food-courts. Also, there are three build-up events prior to the Expo to create much desired hype amongst visitors, he further added.
