East Coast Railways observe Mahaparinirvan Diwas

The Mahaparinirvan Diwas of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar observed by the East Coast Railways on 8th December 2014. General Manager Shri Rajiv Vishnoi led the officials in paying homage to Baba Rao Ambedkar, the Architect of Indian Constitution.

Shri Rajiv Vishnoi paid floral tribute to the departed soul, while Smt. Manju Ray, Chief Personnel Officer, co-ordinated the programme.
