KIIT observes World Youth Skills Day 2015 in Bhubaneswar

World Youth Skills Day, an initiative of United Nations, was observed in KIIT University the other day. KIIT University launched the Wheebox Employability Skill Test in its different schools on the occasion.

Dr. Mihir Ranjan Nayak, Director, Planning & KIIT School of Advanced Skill (KSAS) addressed the audience. Staff members of KIIT University and students from KIIT School of Management, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) and School of Law participated. They had an opportunity to hear Hon’ble Prime Minister’s address on the occasion.

KIIT has whole-heartedly joined the initiative to make India ‘Global Capital of Skills’ and ‘Make in India’ drive. Among others, Prof. Anil Bajpai, Director, KSOM, Dr. Sucheta Priyabadini, Director, Students’ Affairs, Dr. Rajesh Siddavatam, Dean, Quality Assurance, Mr. Samir Panda, Management Representative and faculty members were present.
