KIMS Director Dr. SC Dash gets International Honour from ISN

Prof. (Dr.) S.C. Dash Director, KIMS and Pradyumna Bal Memorial Hospital has been selected as the “International Educational Ambassador” in the field of Nephrology, Dialysis and Kidney Transplantation.

The decision was taken by the International ‘Educational Ambassador Program Committee’ (EAP) of International Society of Nephrology (ISN) at Johannesburg, South Africa. With this award, Dr. S.C. Dash has been assigned with the honour to train physicians and nephrologists in Interventional Nephrology & Critical Care Nephrology, dialysis & transplantation in foreign countries.

The honour came in view of his vast experience in patient care, research in Renal Medicine & transplantation at AIIMS, New Delhi for 31 yrs and as a Sr. Common Wealth Professor in Great Britain in 1993-94. Earlier Prof. Dash had been invited as speaker at several Universities in USA, UK, Japan, China, Singapore & in all SAARC Nations. He has more than 250 research publications.
