MCL observes Quality Fortnight 2014-15

Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), a Subsidiary of Coal India Limited, observed its Quality Fortnight 2014-15. Sri Animesh Nandan Sahay,CMD,MCL was the chief guest of the programme. Inaugurating the fortnight, Sahay said MCL has achieved great standing in the eyes of Coal Consumers because of its determination to sustain quality over the year.

Protective management and technological interventions have ensured negligible grade slippage he added. Sahay also laid emphasizes on the need to achieved higher growth to meet the raising demand of the new generation coal consumers. We should be persistent in our endeavours to achieve best quality. Then only we can achieve quality, he said.

Earlier, S K Srivastava, GM (QC) welcomed the dignitaries at the function which concluded with vote of thanks by Raghunandam,GM(S&M). Sri M S Sharma,GM/TS to DT (OP) conducted the proceedings.
