Plantation Drive by Niladrivihar Youth & Cultural Association

During the observation of International Womens’ Day, one Plantation Drive programme was organized by the Niladrivihar Youth & Cultural Association the other day in Bhubaneswar. In the programme for the purpose was organized in the premises of Ishaneswar Temple under the Chairmanship of the President of the Association Dr. Prakash Chandra Panigrahi, joining as the Chief Guest the eminent social worker and industrialist Shri Sanjib Kumar Mohanty praised the members for this type of activity and expressed the importance of the Women’s Day. Joining as the Guests of Honour social worker Smt. Srabani Pattnaik and the corporator of Ward No. 14 Debi Prasad Mallick appeal the youths to play a lead role in the safety and security of the women those who are the source of inspiration for the society.

After that the Baula, Limba, Krushna Chuda, Radha Chuda, Kamini, Katha Chammpa, Naga Chammpa plants were planted in the premises. During the occasion The President of the ishaneswar Temple committee Pranakrishna Panigrahi, Secretary jayananda Tripathy, members of the committee and Association were present for the smooth conduct of the programme. The association General Secretary Biswajit Pattnaik (Silu) welcomed the guests and Cultural Secretary Kumar Barik gave away the vote of thanks. Many sr. citizens and intellectuals of the locality were present on the occasion.
