Rain Dancing at Kids Summer Carnival-2015

Bhubaneswar, May 14: The capital city on Thursday evening witnessed a differently amusing programme with more than 150 children dancing in rain. The rain dance was one of the programmes of Kids Summer Carnival-2015  which was organized by FAME and Shree Infotainment. Apart from dancing in rain, presence of many celebrities from entertainment background was also another center of attraction for the participating kids.

After 8 days, with several physical and psychological activities like training for the Dance, sand art, art and craft, radio jockeying, photography, mono acting, video jockeying etc the rain dance was planned to provide the kids a joyful evening with cooling refreshment. In order to add value to the rain dance, the organizers also arranged a musical programme.

On the occasion, Chairman of FAME, Mr. Satyabrat Rath said, “a water game is core of any summer camp. Without water games summer camps are not complete as it has two basic objectives. A summer camp is not only a platform to provide the children their missed childhood but also it address the need of cool during summer.” We are thankful to the celebrities whose presence made the rain dance a success and encouraged the participating kids, he further added.
