Seminar on Biodiversity concludes in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, May 19: A state level seminar on “Biodiversity for Sustainable Development” has been jointly organized by Ever Green Forum and Shining Odisha successfully. Dr.Sailabala Padhi, Director Centre for Environmental Studies, Govt. of Odisha inaugurated this event as the chief Guest.

In her speech, she emphasized on protection of biodiversity ways to protect them for future generation. Er. Prakash Chandra Jena, Founder of Ever Green Forum and National Youth Award winner presided this event. Among others Dr. S.N.Patro, Working President of Odisha Environmental Society, Dr. Jayakrushna Panigrahi, Conveyner of Indian Science Congress Association, Bhubaneswar Chapter, Dr. Narayan Sahoo,Principal of TITE, Mrs Prasanna Pati, Director of Indus College of Engineering, Mr Abhijit Dixit, Chairman of Shining Odisha joined as Guests of Honour.

A Brochure on “Biodiversity for Sustainable Development” was released by Honorable Guests. Er.Madhumita Parida, Member of Ever Green Forum presented welcome speech and Er. Dipa Patra, Joint Secretary of Ever Green Forum delivered vote of thanks. Among others Er. Anand Choubey, Er. Bandana Parichha, Mr.B.Sai Sirish, Er. Sushree Sudesna Ashe, Er. Kasturi Priyambada Sahoo, Er.Mamata Dei, Er. Farida Khatoon, Er. Madhusmita Mahalik contributed for managing the program successfully.
