Vanivihar Old Students Society 92 celebrates Children’s Day in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, Nov 16: Vanivihar Old Students Society 92 (VOSS92)  celebrated Children’s Day with students of Vanivihar High School in a noble manner. Under the Chairmanship of Dr. Laxmidhar Behera, Headmaster , Vanivihar High School  a function  has been arranged.

Students and teachers of the School spoke on life of Pandit Jawaharlal Nahru . Gadadhar Rath, Convenor, VOSS 92 greeted students and encouraged them to be an Ideal Citizen of India by utilizing their inner energy. Sri Rath also briefed about the  social activities of VOSS92 since 2000.

Umakanta Tripathy, Chief Manager, State Bank of India  as Guest also advised students to lead a noble life in future. Prizes on Essay, Debate & Song were distributed among students on behalf of State Bank of India  and VOSS 92 distributed sweets  among students & staff. Sri Chakradhar Tripathy, Asst.

Teacher, Vanivihar High School welcomed and introduced VOSS 92 members in the function. Fancy dress competition was also arranged among students. VOSS 92 has made an commitment before School management  to supply some shoes to the students those are not coming with shoes.

Among others VOSS 92 Advisors-Dr. Susanta Kar , Pitabas Jena, Manoj Kumar Rout,  Rajendra Patra,  Vice President – Manoj Kumar Deo, Asst. Secretary-Samita Panda, Organising Secretaries- Charushree Behura , Lita Mishra, Dr. Sudhakar Jalli, Proud Members-Dr. Bankim Tripathy, ,Chitaranjan Panda, Guru Prasad Sahoo, Sadashib Panda, Sarit Panda, Sukanta Kar,  Janhabi Deo, , Nabanita Das, Latika Mekap and Sarathi Mallik  have also actively participated in the said function
