Two-day National Labour Meet kicks off in Odisha today

The two-day national labour conference has started in Bhubaneswar today.

The conference was inaugurated by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in the presence of Union Labour and Employment Minister Bandaru Dattatreya.

The event is being jointly organised by the State Government in association with the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

The conference will likely to discuss major issues including child labour, bonded and migrant labour, various welfare measures and skill development as well as wage issues.
