AIIMS to develop 500-bed facility in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in the smart city, intends to start a 500-bed Dharamshala (homestay) for patients and begin a raft of actions to improve its health service network across the state, director Dr Gitanjali Batmanabane announced on the eighth foundation day of the institute.

The foundation day was observed online amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
As per the declaration, the homestay is being developed by Nalco under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) project.
