Game Mode On: After PUBG ban, Akshay Kumar Introduces FAU-G

A couple of days after the Government announced a ban on PUBG game – a highly popular multiplayer shooting game – actor Akshay Kumar has unveiled a new game ‘FAU-G.’ The multiplayer game is developed by Bengaluru-based nCore Games.

In his tweet, the actor stated that FAU-G, which stands for Fearless And United-Guards, is to support AtmaNirbhar movement. Twenty per cent of the revenue generated from the game will be donated to ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ trust, constituted after the Pulwama attack.

Meanwhile, netizens are questioning the originality of the gaming concept. Soon after FAU-G was announced, social media was filled with memes.
