311 Terrorists killed in J&K in 2018; 58 Arrested

ONI Bureau: Lieutenant General Anil Bhatt on Monday claimed that as many as 311 terrorists have been neutralised in J&K till December 31, 2018.

In the last 3 weeks alone, 88 terrorists were killed. This is the biggest ever casualties for Terrorists in any calendar year.

Apart from this, 58 terrorists were arrested and 5 have surrendered before troops. In total, 77 civilians lost their lives while 80 Jawans were martyred.

All credit should be given to the synergy between the Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police and paramilitary forces operating in the Kashmir valley, the top army commander said today.
