ABP News-Nielsen Opinion Poll predicts Narrow win for Nitish in Bihar

While the India Today-CICERO survey predicted a clear victory for BJP-led NDA in Bihar, anti-BJP channel ABP News in association with Nielsen, had sought to put Nitish Kumar ahead of BJP in Bihar.

ABP News has predicted 122 seats for JD(U) alliance and 118 for BJP alliance, which is a close fight. As the BJP is reducing its deficit as compared to previous ABP News surveys, the NDA may get a thumbs up from them in the next survey.

The opinion poll revealed that Nitish Kumar remains the most popular leader of Bihar and the most popular choice for the CM’s post. As the NDA has not projected any leader as the CM, the voters have preferred Nitish as their leader, it says.
