—–    Andhra Pradesh: 8 people have died in Srikakulam and Vijayanagaram districts due to Cyclone Titli. Power supply and communication systems affected in both districts.

—–    Carcass of an elephant recovered at Dejuan under Lakhanpur forest range in Bargarh; it is suspected that the elephant might have been killed by poachers as its tusks found missing.
