BJP mulls Legal Action against TOI for “misquoting” Amit Shah

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is contemplating legal action The Times of India for allegedly twisting party President Amit Shah’s remarks at a meeting with leaders and cadres yesterday. “Amit Shah said it will take 25 years to make India No. 1 in the world. But, TOI twisted his remarks, saying Amit Shah predicted ‘Achhe Din’ for people after 25 years”, said BJP. The party condemned the leading Daily for such action.

The video released by BJP clearly showed that Amit Shah did not even utter the word, ‘Achhe Din’.
