Bombay High Court lifts ban on Maggi Noodles for 6 Weeks

In a major relief to Nestle India, the Bombay High Court has lifted the ban imposed on the sale of Maggi Noodles for six weeks. During this period, fresh tests will be conducted on all recalled variants of Maggi Noodles by three pre-approved laboratories. The Bombay High Court said that a ban on Maggi was a violation of principle of natural justice.
