Chinese ‘Plastic Rice’ raises Concerns, Delhi HC to hear case on Aug 20

The Delhi High Court agreed to hear a plea, which alleged that ‘Plastic Rice’, imported from China is being sold in Indian market. HC has ordered the testing of samples. Next hearing in this case will be held on August 20. The petition filed by advocate Sugriva Dubey, has sought that wholesale traders of rice, pulses and fruits to be raided and samples be tested for adulteration to protect the common people.
