ED Director Rajan Katoch shifted, Karnal Singh takes over

Rajan Katoch (IAS), Director of Enforcement Directorate (ED) has been transferred for allegedly shutting down the National Herald case, which involved Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. Special Director Karnal Singh (IPS) has been appointed as the new ED Chief.

Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had sought action against the ED Director for diluting National Herald case.
