Fake Degree Row: Jitender Singh Tomar gets Bail

Former Delhi Law Minister and Tri Nagar MLA Jitender Singh Tomar, who was in jail in connection with fake degree row since June 9, 2015, has been granted bail today. Tomar had resigned on the same day after being jailed. Tomar had claimed that in 1999 he obtained a L.L.B. degree from Bishwanath Singh Institute of Legal Studies, Munger, affiliated to Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bihar, but it turned out to be false. His degrees from Avadh University also turned out to be fake.
