Indian Rupee slumps to 2-year low at 65.31 against US Dollar

The Indian Rupee plunged to a two-year low of 65.31 against the U.S. Dollar on Monday. Rupee’s fall has been attributed to consistent demand for the greenback from importers and banks. The Rupee resumed from 65.12 and continued to fall during the trade. It hit a fresh low of 65.36 before finishing at 65.31.
