Indrani Mukerjea Critical after taking Pills, admitted to Hospital

In a shocking development today, Indrani Mukerjea, wife of Media Honcho Peter Mukerjea, has been admitted to the JJ Hospital in a critical condition after she took some pills. The incident occurred this afternoon, but came to light in the night.

Indrani, who is the prime accused in the murder of her daughter Sheena Bora, used to take two pills a day as per the prescription of her doctor under jail supervision. But, she consumed 10-20 pills today, following which she fell unconscious.

Indrani was admitted to the CCU and said to be very critical. Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has ordered a probe into the incident. Her stomach wash was sent for forensic examination.
