Kharabela Swain files Petition against Odisha CM, Vigilance Director

Utkal Bharat President MA Kharabela Swain has filed a petition against Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik and Vigilance Director KB Singh, alleging criminal conspiracy against former DGP Prakash Mishra. The Orissa High Court had last month dismissed the vigilance case against Prakash Mishra and lambasted the Vigilance Department for targeting an honest officer without any basis. Next hearing of the case will be held on August 20.
