Madras High Court Judge raises doubts over Jayalalithaa’s Death

Weeks after former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s death, the Madras High Court has raised doubts over her death.

Asking to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, State and Central governments, Justice S Vaidyanathan said on a petition that why J Jayalalithaa’s body cannot be exhumed. The court has asked complete health report of Jayalalithaa in this connection.

It is to be noted that, Jayalalithaa had been in Hospital since 22 September and breathed her last on December 5 at Apollo Hospital in Chennai.
