Modi ‘Best Leader’ of India since Independence: Rupert Murdoch

The 84-year-old media baron and business magnate, Rupert Murdoch has hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the ‘Best Leader with Best Policies since Independence’. At the same time, he said that Modi has a massive task to achieve a complex nation like India.

“Great hour with Indian PM Modi. Best leader with best policies since independence, but massive task to achieve in most complex nation,” tweeted Rupert Murdoch.

He is the founder, chairman and CEO of global media holding company News Corporation, the world’s second-largest media conglomerate, and its successors News Corp and 21st Century Fox after the conglomerate split on 28 June 2013.
