Modi talks Tough on Terror, raises 26/11 at Meeting with Nawaz

Although Prime Minister Narendra Modi took the initiative to call for a meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif on the sidelines of BRICS/SCO summit at Ufa in Russia, he raised all relevant issues during the meeting. Modi talked about terrorism, infiltration and 26/11. Pakistan has assured India to cooperate further on 26/11 trial. Both sides agreed to take the dialogue process forward at all levels.

Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif invited Narendra Modi to visit their country, which was readily accepted by the Indian PM. Modi will visit Pakistan in 2016 to attend the SAARC Summit. Kashmir issue did not figure at the meeting.
