Niti Aayog holds consultations with States on 15-year Vision Document

The NITI Aayog today begins its National Conference with Chief Secretaries & Planning Secretaries of States. Focus on 15-year vision document for the country, along with a seven-year strategy and three-year action agenda to implement that vision.

Union Government had asked the State Governments to prepare the Document to cover aspects of internal security, defence and other issues, which will help the NITI Aayog in preparing Vision Document for 2030.

Vice Chairman, Dr. Arvind Panagariya, encourages States to interact closely with NITI Aayog to view NITI as a crucial link between Centre and the States. He talks on the end of the last 5 year plan in 2017.

CEO of Niti Aayog, Amitabh Kant talks of how NITI will partner with States to meet National Challenges like health, education, nutrition, sanitation and habitation etc.

NITI Aayog Member, Ramesh Chand, talks to States about Doubling Farmers’ Income across the country. NITI Aayog will work with States & for States – as Team India – with our focus on all Indian citizens, he added.
