Not with Charlie Rose, Rahul “attends” another Event at Aspen

As new pictures of Rahul Gandhi from a “Conference” were uploaded by his personal Twitter account and former Union Minister Milind Deora, now it’s confirmed that Congress misled the nation, saying Rahul went to Aspen in the USA to attend ‘Weekend with Charlie Rose’ program.

As tweeted by Milind Deora, the pictures are from the “New Media & International Affairs Conference in CO, USA”.

“Very interesting discussions on the global economy & the disruptive power of tech at the conference in Aspen,” says the official statement from Rahul Gandhi’s Twitter handle.

Rahul Gandhi was seen with David Miliband, British Labour Party politician and President of International Rescue Committee and Iceland’s President Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson.

While the Congress heaved a sigh of relief and attacking the critics, the BJP sympathizers are digging deeper to know more about the “Conference”. Some people on Twitter call it a ‘Private Event’.

The BJP had earlier raised hue and cry and even alleged that Rahul was forced to move out of India so that he does not campaign during Bihar Assembly polls. The party alleged that Nitish does not want Rahul to get involved in campaigning.
