PM Narendra Modi launches Digital Version of Ramcharitmanas

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the digital version of Goswami Tulsidas’ Ramcharitmanas in New Delhi today. The All India Radio (Akashwani) took 20-22 years to record the track. 14 people were involved in the hard work. 7 out of them are no more today.

“Our family values are something that is admired by the world, even envied. The Ramcharitmanas speaks about family values. Now, even if somebody says Om, there’s debate on how it should be said, but on the Ramcharitmanas, there is no debate”, said the PM on this occasion.

“This digital compilation of Ramcharitmanas by All India Radio (AIR) officials is an inspiration for others,” he further said.
