Rahul Gandhi to visit Pune’s FTII to back agitating Students

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will visit the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) today to meet the agitating students, who have been on a strike since June 12 demanding the removal of Gajendra Chauhan as the FTII Chairman.

The students had approached Rahul Gandhi to take up their issue, as Rahul had taken up the cause of Ambedkar Periyar Study Circle at IIT Madras after the group was banned for allegedly spreading hate message on the basis of caste and religion.
