Thane Building Collapse: Death Toll at 9, 10 Injured, Many Trapped

The death toll in the building collapse in Thane, Maharashtra, has now gone up to 9. At least 10 people are injured, while 20 others feared trapped under the rubble. The three-store yet building had collapsed last night at Thakurli in Thane district. At least 25 people have been rescued so far. The building ‘Matru Chhaya’ collapsed at around 10:40 PM following a heavy downpour.
