TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee claims Mamata Government killed Kishenji

Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Abhishek Banerjee has revealed that his aunt and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee ordered the killing of Communist Party of India (Maoist) leader Koteswar Rao alias Kishenji. “By killing Kishenji, Mamata government has proved that people will have the last word,” he said. His remarks stoked a fresh controversy and vindicated the claims of the opposition that Kishenji ‘s encounter was staged, which was denied by Mamata earlier.
