Why Shiv Sainiks granted Bail after protesting at BCCI Office

Many people ask why Shiv Sainiks who protested at BCCI office, were granted bail immediately. They wanted to seem them behind the bars for indefinite period. But, under which law?

The Sainiks had barged into the office with placards and shouted slogans. But, they neither vandalised any properties nor assaulted anyone. It was a bailable offence.

Of course, the act required condemnation and it received too. But, surprising that Shiv Sainiks did not indulge in violence during the protest. Perhaps, they knew about the consequences. That’s a good sign.
