Zimbabwe restrict India to 271/8 in 2nd ODI; Rahane and Vijay hit 50s

India squandered the advantage they held in the 2nd ODI, thanks to the 112-run opening stand between Ajinkya Rahane and Murali Vijay, and finally finished at 271/8 in 50 overs. At one stage, they were cruising towards a 300+ score, but Zimbabwean Bowlers did a tremendous job in the last five overs to prevent that.

For India, Rahane scored 63, while Vijay made 72. Rayudu hit 42. Tiwary (22) and Binny (25) were the other top contributors. Neville Madziva took four wickets for Zimbabwe.
