Ayodhya Deepostav 2018 makes into Guinness Book of World Records

ONI Bureau:  Ayodhya Deepostav 2018 in Ayodhya town has entered Guinness Book of World Records on Tuesday.

As many as 3,01,152 earthen lamps illuminated on the bank of River Sarayu. The Diyas or earthen lamps have been bought from the women’s groups working under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, reportedly.A Guinness certificate was issued to UP Government’s Tourism Department and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Avadh University yesterday evening.

First lady of South Korea Kim Jung-sook graced the diwali event in Ayodhya as chief guest.
