Self-styled godman Rampal awarded life imprisonment in 2 murder cases

ONI Bureau:  A session court on Tuesday awarded life imprisonment to self-styled god man Rampal in connection with two murder cases.

The punishment of the self-styled god man was pronounced from a temporary court in the premises of Hisar Central Jail to avoid untoward incident.

Worth mentioning, Rampal and 27 of his followers were charged with murder after four women and a child were found dead in his Satlok Ashram in Barwala in Hisar on November 19, 2014.

Another case was registered against him after a woman was found dead again in his ashram on November 18.
