1st Odia Motivation Audio Book ‘CAN is the Word of Power’ Released

Barendra Kumar’s Odia translation of his best seller motivation book Can is the Word of Power was released here at Hotel New Marion in the city. Eminent writer and novelist Dr. Gourahari Das released the book and the audio book  Saphalata Ra Avivyakti.

Chief Speaker Raghunath Panda and Special Guest Shri Manoj Jena of National Human Rights Commission spoke on the occasion. The function was also graced by Guest of Honour Shri Rajesh Patil, IAS and writer.

Author Barendra Kumar shared his story of his journey and motivation to write on motivation. Speakers and delegates highlighted the need of such books and especially stressed on the need of translation into Odia so as to reach out to more people in the state. Everyone appreciated author's initiative to reach out to young
minds.

It should be noted that the English book Can is the Word Power has been on best sellers list having sold more than 100,000 copies throughout India and outside. Theneed for Odia translation was acutely felt by many people and especially the young people in schools and colleges. This led the author to publish the current Odia book
along with the audio CD.
