2nd Campus of RD Women’s University at the premises of Utkal Varsity soon

ONI Bureau: The Rama Devi (RD) Women’s University, the first in the state for women to get its second campus soon as the Odisha Govt have decided to set up the second campus on 30 acres of land at the premises of the Utkal University in Bhubaneswar.

While the institution was upgraded to a proper University, the land area did not increase.

Though the University, is spread over 24.57 acres of land near Rupali Square, it have not started PhD programmes due to lack of infrastructure.

There have also need of more land to set up good laboratories and research centres to start doctoral programmes.
